Meeting Jesus
Jesus Christ is truly present when we receive the Eucharist! I didn't know that for the first forty years of being a Catholic! I thought it was just a symbol, not REALLY Him. I'm not sure anyone ever told me it was just a symbol, but that is what I perceived based off of the lack of reverence and adoration of the Holy Eucharist. It took me another ten years to fully know it was the TRUE body, blood, soul and divinity of Jesus Christ. Why, you may ask? Well when one's heart is surrounded by a fortress that wounds have built unless those walls are conquered or Jesus has been invited in to break them down, there will be a disconnect between the head and the heart. When it comes to God who He is love, itself the more our hearts are open to receive Him, the more we will gain. Once the head and the heart are open to receive can one be transformed into His likeness. The transformation is physically and emotionally experienced. I will attempt to share that experience....

As wretchedness and divinity meet an explosion happens. The holy, the perfect overshadows the afflicted, the unclean. The body responds with a sweet pain. A sort of burning of purgation is felt. The soul is invaded with sweetness and wisdom as ignorance and injustice are trampled. The Holy Spirit's motion uproots the weeds as the Blessed Mother comes in and sweeps these atrocities away. His sweetness is planted and when cultivated the vine and fruit grow. Growth creates growing pains and they are felt, as you are being stretched into His likeness. The pain creates a bliss knowing it's God's goodness and His grace. The pain is accepted and enjoyed as the warmth and scent is from heaven and heaven alone!

Then Jesus said to them, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink His blood, you have no life in you. Whoever eats My flesh and drinks My blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day. For My flesh is food indeed, and My blood is drink indeed. He who eats My flesh and drinks My blood abides in Me, and I in him. As the living Father sent Me, and I live because of the Father, so he who feeds on Me will live because of Me. John 6:53-57

"Of the sins cast into the fire of My Heart, nothing remains. They are completely annihilated-reduced, not to ashes, but utterly destroyed and forgotten. Love makes Me do this. When a soul laden with sin, even with sins against My divine Person-blasphemy, sacrilege, and revilement-comes to Me with a repentant and broken heart, My love envelopes that soul and purifies her in My Blood."
